This policy applies to Kuurl’s website, mobile app, accounts, product bookmarks, and messages sent directly to Kuurl. Kuurl determines how information collected directly through these services is used.

Depending on how you use Kuurl, this may include:
- account identifiers such as your email address and authentication provider;
- profile preferences such as language, country, and onboarding status;
- products you bookmark and information you choose to submit or send to us;
- technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device, browser, request, and diagnostic data;
- local browser or device storage used to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences such as whether the introduction loader has been shown.

- create and secure accounts and restore sessions;
- save and synchronise profile choices and product bookmarks;
- provide product discovery, ingredient, routine, and support features;
- respond to questions, product submissions, and account requests;
- diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve Kuurl.

Kuurl uses service providers for authentication, database hosting, application hosting, and related infrastructure. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in. Providers process information under their own terms and according to the services they supply to Kuurl.
Links to retailers, community platforms, and other websites take you outside Kuurl. Review their privacy notices before sharing information with them.
5. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve requests, and meet applicable obligations. Retention can vary by record and purpose.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or data has been compromised.
6. Your choices and rights
You may sign out, decline Google sign-in, or stop using the service. Subject to applicable law, you may also ask to access, correct, oppose certain uses of, or delete personal information associated with you.
Send a request from the email connected to your account so we can verify it. You may also have the right to contact the relevant data-protection authority, including Morocco’s CNDP where applicable.
7. Children
Kuurl is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the handling of their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when Kuurl’s features, providers, or applicable requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
