By using Kuurl, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Kuurl on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. What Kuurl provides
Kuurl provides product discovery, ingredient context, routine-planning tools, community links, and related educational content. Features may change as the service develops.
Product listings, prices, stock, retailer links, and ingredient labels may change or contain errors. Verify important information on the product packaging and with the seller before purchasing or using a product.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and notifying us if you believe it has been compromised. You may not impersonate another person or use Kuurl for unlawful activity.
4. Hair and ingredient guidance
Kuurl’s ingredient and routine information is educational. It is not medical advice, a safety assessment, an allergy test, or a guarantee of compatibility or results.
Stop using a product if you experience an adverse reaction and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
5. Product submissions and feedback
When you submit a product, correction, or other feedback, you confirm that you may share that information. You allow Kuurl to review, edit, and use the submission to operate and improve the service. Do not send confidential information through public submission channels.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with the service, its security, or another user’s access;
- scrape, copy, or redistribute Kuurl content at scale without permission;
- upload malicious code or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorisation;
- use Kuurl in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
7. Third-party services
Kuurl may link to retailers, social platforms, authentication providers, and other third parties. Their products, content, terms, and privacy practices are their responsibility. A link does not guarantee availability or endorse every claim made by that third party.
8. Ownership
Kuurl’s brand, interface, original content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, packaging, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
9. Availability and account action
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kuurl. We may restrict an account that violates these terms, threatens the service, or creates legal or security risk. You may stop using Kuurl at any time and may ask us to delete your account.
10. Responsibility
Kuurl is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kuurl is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on product listings, third-party links, or educational guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
